About the event
If you're seeking a transformative experience for a complete reset as you start the new year, this retreat day is for you! Celebrate in community with like minded women as we embark on this retreat day journey of coming back home to our true selves.
Give yourself the gift of restoration and renewal to begin the year grounded and connected. This day will include somatic movement, art therapy, a nourishing lunch, tipi cacao ceremony, mindful workshops, sound healing, breathwork, meditation and writing exercises, and optional cold plunge/hot tub time!
The retreat will be at a beautiful, serene private property in Agoura Hills. The property has 360 views of the mountains and allows for a feeling of being very connected to nature. The retreat will be led by Jacklynne Marder, Licensed Psychotherapist, as well as Maddy Pollack, certified women's health coach, Cat Friel, certified sound healing practitioner, and Alexa Cohen, creative art director. Early bird ticket is $120 until December 18th and will go up to $150 after!
